Grubb Properties team members operate under a set of guiding principles that direct how we operate across every department in the company. Each new employee learns these principles when they join the Grubb Properties team. The principles define our standards and our goals for successful work.

Our word is our bond. We are careful what we promise but when we promise something, we bend over backwards to deliver on that promise.

We understand that we work together as a team to create our success.
Timely Decision Making
We will make informed decisions in a timely manner, understanding the importance of velocity for our success and the success of our vendors and customers.
Fair Dealing
When negotiating with internal and external customers, tenants, and vendors, we will be aggressive, but our end goal is to make sure each person is dealt with fairly. Our practice will be to strive to create win-win negotiations as opposed to win-lose.
