Talent Development
To improve diversity representation, we’re recruiting talent in evolving ways by increasing recruiting at HBCUs and partnering with internship programs devoted to underrepresented talent.

Annual Reporting
To evaluate the effectiveness of our hiring practices and employee retention initiatives, we report annually to the board of directors and senior management employee and management statistics that track gender and ethnicity data.

Partnership with MWBEs
We partner with MWBEs (Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises) on investment and development projects throughout the United States.
